  • From our current pool of skilled resources, you can select candidates, conduct interviews, screen candidates, create a shortlist, and hire candidates for a specific duration. 
  • If no resources in the current pool meet your skills requirements, we will arrange for them to be interviewed based on selection criteria and hire them for a minimum of three months. 
  • You sign the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Resource Sign Off (RSO), Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Engagement Model of your choice. Sign Off (RSO). 

Every Day Working

  • Based on your protocol and project management tools, the team reports to you, and you collaborate with them directly. 
  • You oversee the team directly and report problems involving any resource to the point of escalation assigned to you to resolve them and, if necessary, replace them. 
  • A minimum of 40 hours per week will be billed to you. minimum. 
  • PradeepIT manages resource placement, compliance, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring performance enhancement, replacement within 10-15 days, and monthly billing based on 120-hour time sheets. 

How do I Select the team

  • You can pick resources from our existing available Progressive Web App (PWA) Developer resource pool, interview them, screen them, shortlist them and hire them for a certain period
  • In case of non-availability in the existing pool, we will arrange the resources to be interviewed based on your skills needed, selection criterion and hire them for min contract period of 3 months.
  • You choose the desired engagement model, sign Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Resource Sign Off (RSO).
